Nate DeiblerMr. Deibler holds credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, as well as Professional Engineering Licenses in 13 states and one Canadian province. He has over 15 years of experience in the vibration isolation industry. Nate’s primary focus is leading the expansion effort for VMC Group, keeping them at the forefront of the Test & Measurement Industry. Under his leadership, the Test & Measurement division provides seismic simulation testing, special seismic and wind certification, analysis, reporting, certification of essential equipment, AC-156, IEEE and GR63 testing and the further expansion of our PCA and Assessment/Audit services of our existing clients’ certifications. Nate is an active member of ASHRAE and was a member of the committee that recently published the revised standard of testing for seismic components, SPC 171.

 

Kelly M. Laplace, M.S.

Kelly M. LaplaceKelly Laplace is passionate, driven and focused on delivering a superior client experience. Laplace knows that structural testing of essential equipment makes people safer. As a founding team member, she has a proven record in all aspects of project planning, execution and certification. As acting Quality Manager, Laplace has guided DCL in developing a quality system focused on technical excellence and customer satisfaction. She continues to build on the DCL core value of placing the customer first, while striving for continuous improvement in scientific and managerial operations. Laplace holds a Master's in Civil Engineering from the University of Nevada.

 

Joshua Sailer, P.E., M.S.

Laboratory Manager

Joshua SailerJosh Sailer graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with M.S. and B.S. degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering. He has worked as an EIT in the fields of residential engineering and steel joint manufacture. While completing his Masters, he worked at the NEES shake table facility at UNR coordinating and implementing projects as a technician. Josh joined DCL team in 2011, for which he has worked as a Project and Field Engineer, and since became Laboratory Manager in 2015.
